Dr. Matt Del Re

Dr. Matt Del Re is a physical therapist who enjoys creating personalized treatment plans to help give patients the tools they need to manage their world. As one of the highest trained physical therapists in the country, Matt loves guiding his patients to success and a higher quality of life. He believes in providing up to date science-based principles in order to help people reach their goals as quickly as possible. Throughout his career, Matt has enjoyed working with everyone from desk workers to professional athletes. Matt provides people the tools they need to manage injuries, pain, or even those who want to improve their performance in their physical activities.

As a fellow of orthopedic manual physical therapy, board certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy, and certified strength and conditioning coach, Matt has reached achievements in his field that less than 3% of physical therapists have attained. Matt has spent time teaching and mentoring other physical therapists in his field. He has served as a clinical mentor for the University of Washington Medicine orthopedic residency program, a clinical instructor for doctor of physical therapy students, and as a lab instructor for anatomy and physiology at Western Washington University.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys strength training, playing soccer, and snowboarding. Outside of work Matt loves spending time with his wife and two sons, as well as keeping up with his beloved Seattle sports teams.
